Leviticus 23:10-12

¹⁰ “Speak to the children of Israel and say to them: When you enter the land that I am giving you, and you collect the harvest, you are to bring an omer measure of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest. ¹¹ He shall wave the omer before the Lord so that it might be acceptable for you. The priest shall wave it on the day after the Sabbath. ¹² On the day that you wave the omer, you shall offer a one-year-old male lamb without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord.
